Replacement Bearings and Seal Kit for Blue Ripper Sr 5hp Motors

This bearings and seal kit is a replacement for Blue Ripper Sr 5hp (watercooled) motors. This kit includes everything needed to rebuild one saw: front bearing, rear bearing, and mechanical face seal.

Please note that the mechanical face seal will only fit on saws manufactured after October 2017. If you have an older-style seal that needs replacement please inquire about part number 838-109 (Front End Cap for Century B813 5HP Motor)

Note: Bearing and seal replacement on a Blue Ripper Sr Rail Saw is a complex procedure. Recommended for skilled technicians only.

If your saw has an older style rear blade flange (with shaft key and 4 set screws) we recommend upgrading to the superior "taper lock" style rear flange when doing a bearing replacement. The taper lock style flange is much faster to remove and reinstall, keeps its alignment after being reinstalled (unlike the older style flange), and is more solid and secure.
