Drainboard, Fluting System, and Runnel System

Drainboard runnels are common all over Europe, but have only just started becoming fashionable in the US. Here at Omega Diamond, we figure that the delay is because they are so difficult to fabricate - but no longer!  Using either a right-angle grinder or, for more accurate runnels, the Blue Ripper Jr, you can create a full set of runnels in an extremely short period of time very little effort.
Designed to be used either wet or dry, the diamond is vacuum-brazed to the 1/2 inch (12.7mm) wide runnel wheels to create a perfectly shaped groove every time.
Just like most of our products, these wheels can be used for more than just creating runnels: use then to add that extra flair to door and window casings by adding fluting and other shapes that would be impossible with a router.
